VEGA Schedule is an iPhone app from VEGA Works. These are the terms for using it. Using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

VEGA Schedule works out how much of your day is actually free, once getting ready and travelling are subtracted. It reads and writes the Calendar and Reminders on your iPhone.

It is for your own use. Don't copy it, modify it, take it apart, or redistribute it.

Purchases

Purchases go through the App Store. Payment, refunds and subscription management follow Apple's terms. VEGA Works never receives your payment details.

If you connect a Google account

Connecting is optional. Those events are Google's, and Google's terms govern them. The app only reads them. It never changes them. You can disconnect at any time in the app's settings.

The privacy policy describes exactly what happens to that data.

What we can't promise

The times the app shows are estimates. It can't know about a delayed train or a meeting that runs long. The judgement stays yours.

The app is provided as it is. We can't promise it will be free of faults or always available. To the extent the law allows, VEGA Works is not liable for losses arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top changes. If the app is ever discontinued, we will say so in advance.
