VEGA Schedule

Your day starts before your calendar says.

A calendar tells you when an event starts. It doesn't tell you when the event starts taking your time.

VEGA Schedule works out what an event needs before it begins. Getting ready, packing, changing, then the trip out the door. All of it is drawn on your day as time already taken.

The alarm to leave is written onto the event itself. Move the event, and the alarm moves with it.

You can also write an event in a sentence, or bring one in from a photo of a timetable.

The event starts earlier than it says

Packing, changing, leaving the house. Three hours before boarding, the day is spoken for. You see that stretch before it arrives.

The free time you see is the real one

7 h 45 m free tomorrow, according to the screen. Count in the getting ready and the travel before each event. It redraws as 3 h 30 m.

You see what a choice costs

When it doesn't fit, you see which task to hold and what that costs. The choice stays yours.

Screens

The day, the tasks, the week.

The Today tab. A card reads Leave 6:00 PM, with 30 minutes to get ready and 30 minutes of travel. Below it, an hour by hour timeline shows the departure drawn on the day.
One alarm covers the whole stretch. Move the event later and the alarm follows it.
The Tasks tab. A card at the top says everything fits, with 24 hours 40 minutes to spare. Each task below shows its deadline, the hours it needs, and the hours left.
Hours left means hours left after the getting ready and the travel come out.
The Plan tab. A card shows 31 hours 25 minutes free this week. Below it, one bar per day shows how much room each day has left.
Some days are fuller than they look. The bars show which ones to leave alone.
An Add to Calendar sheet. Six hours of work is split into five sessions across two days, each with a date and a time. Every session can be moved or removed.
Nothing reaches your calendar until you tap Add. Change a session first, or drop it.

How pricing works.

VEGA Schedule can be used without paying. Paying adds the parts that do the counting for you.

Included Set the times yourself

Put the getting ready and the departure time on an event. The alarm sits on the event and moves with it.

Paid Worked out for you

The time an event needs beforehand is worked out from the event. The hours left before each deadline are counted. The week view and the home screen widget are included.

How to buy One-time or subscription

Both will be offered. The price is shown on the App Store when the app is released.

Which iPhone does it need?

An iPhone running iOS 26 or later.

Does it replace my calendar?

No. It reads and writes the calendar and reminders you already use. Anything it adds is an ordinary event, so you can edit or delete it anywhere.

What happens to an event it created if I stop using the app?

It stays where it is. Everything the app creates is an ordinary event in your own calendar.

Can I correct an estimate that's wrong?

Yes. Adjust it on the event, and the next estimate comes closer to your own times.
